Edibles i cant smoke shit cuz my parents but i wanna try edibles for the first time what dosage and where can i get them

Weed shops. Start out small. 10mg at a time or 30 at the most. You might have rare tolerance to eating it though like myself. I can eat 200 mg at once and just get buzzed. However if I take three hits (smoke or vape cart) and I'm completely stoned.
