Locate some pigeon nests and you might find some eggs in them, but it takes a lot of effort, it's easier to just buy some chickens, keep them on your balcony or somewhere to get fresh eggs.

They're usually in high places: trees, roofs, utility poles, etc. - so pretty hard to access these spots, it's not really worth it...
