So i went down this massive rabbit hole: where did trees come from? basically trees came from plants that needed deeper roots to get more minerals and the plants evolved and grew in size. But where did plants come from?
Plants came from two microbes: Prokaryote and cyanobacteria.
And they both get energy from the sun. And i think they teamed up and mutated somehow and over time evolved to become better at getting energy. Overly simplistic and worded idiotically but from what i can tell thats where it originated from lmfao.
Thats where the rabbit hole ends as far as im aware tbh; i only looked into this for like an hour cus it was interesting.
If you had all the time in the world and had a big lab and decided to put prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells together then gave them energy, they will eventually turn into plants. Nobody knows what to put into a lab to make prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells tho lol unless you dumped a bunch of random elements together and pray that eventually, if given enough time, they'll decide to join together and turn into a cell ig idk i study sports and fitness im not exactly a scientist lmfao
But anyway i thought it was interesting how were no different than these prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, we need minerals, vitamins and energy to survive, and evolution ensures some of us improve and become objectively better than others meaning they have an easier time surviving meaning a better quality of life and the better your quality of life is, the easier it is to get bitches, blah blah blah youve heard it all before
