You don't fake it, you answer these questions and send them face pics. And they say reply and say something like "looks like you'd benefit from this medication." And then you tell them what you want. For me they said I'd benefit from tret and this acne antibiotic drug. I told them I just want the tret and they prescribe it and ship it to you. I think it costs $40-60 for the initial consultation and if I remember correctly it's $60 for a 2 month supply of tret, but it really lasts 3 months. They just resend tret every 2 months.
