Just run Test at 250 for a bit then switch to 500 if you have sides or not

Plus since exogenous hormones temporarily rape your HPTA, you have to decide if you are going to do a cycle or blast and cruise, depending in what you want, if you do a 12 week cycle then you can run HCG at 1000 IU per week to make PCT easy.

And if you do run something just research on forums like this or another about what you want to do.
