best bet is to hit up local pharmacies and ask for “crema cu hidrocortizon” — it’s usually OTC but depends on strength

If they flex and say you need a prescription, slide to a doc for a quick consult, no biggie. Avoid sketchy sources online and don’t wanna fry your skin or end up with some fake crap
