Where do normies find the motivation?

So many normies I know are grinding 24/7 since back in school. They all study hours per day, play sports, go to the gym, work, volunteer on weekends etc.
My question is: why and how?

If I could I literally would not leave my basement ever again and i'd just shitpost, play vidya and watch movies all day.

That’s what I wonder, in my class last year there was this mid mtn nt 5’8 white guy, had crazy motivation, got all A’s despite being average IQ, worked 30hrs+ per week at his wagie job on top of that, and had a good social circle

The normie brain doesn’t overthink things. It just does. The Autist brain is always questioning and always analyzing so it’s hard for autists to focus and be productive. Autists struggle with looping thoughts that distract them from doing stuff.
