As for the college/university itself I recommend something easy, where the majority of students are girls - like liberal arts, soft sciences, etc...something like literature, acting, music, sociology, psychology, etc. This way you will have a large number of girls to interact with and not worry about studying and working too much, to the point you won't have much free time.
