I am experienced with lifts from my experience normal lifts are so bad because they will literally half in size and from 2+ inches of lifts they end up being only about 0.75inches + when you sit down they decompress so your foot sticks out of the shoe

The best thing to do is order hard lifts there's a thread on it talking about cork lifts they are a bit more expensive but worth it, get 20mm-30mm don't go over 30mm or you're frauding too much height

how did two inches of lifts only end up giving you 0.75? it should compress to like only 1.25-1.5 at max. maybe u measured wrong

diy them, a stack of sealed post-it notes are 25c in aus so literally like 15c usd

or you could even be a sperg and just woodshave + sand a block of wood to stick in your shoe. paper and wood are good materials because they dont compress so dont look autistic when you take them off, and if you are wearing socks wont give you blisters.

No, I bought a stadiometer for this exact reason trust me I put a lot of thought into this everything is measured correctly

if u use wood 1inch lifts + boots (2.5cm + 3.5cm = 6cm) is about 3-4cm above average population assuming everybody else has 1inch shoes.

also add in some whole length insoles. wearing timbs is also good since its trendy right now, looks good with most outfits and is a good excuse if somebody asks why you got shorter after taking them off. high top dress shoes also work for formal occasions.

I used socks and it still hurts

you have to wrap around it with tape once or twice but yes they work. when i didnt want to spend money on them i legit made lifts with paper towels and a fuck load of duct tape

really? idk tbh, i just use post it notes for shoes i dont really wear and have the wood ones superglued under the sole of my main boots.
if you dont have it rounder near where it is in contact with your foot (e.g. front part that touches arch) it will be uncomfortable

if you fiddle around with arts and crafts you definitely could make them out of paper towels or normal paper. if you fold up a bunch of sheets and shape it with tape it works

i would buy 6. make a lift out of 1 and a half, which is about an inch. 6 will make 4, one of them you should have permanently under your main pair of shoes and one of them keep for whatever.

make sure to wrap it in tape or the individual pieces of paper will come loose

Depends how many socks you fold.

i only did it with the my shoes that dont add any height like vans because i thought that was unfair that if i didnt like how timbs or boots look i get no height.

she not gonna gaf about that inch but just wear timbs and add a 1inch heel lift inside the shoe
