yeah I am aware, I run glow rn but my back is fine now, just going to run another vial and then continue with just ghkcu

I felt a bit of pain while doing lat pulldowns which started gradually but now its spread out on my whole back and it hurts all the time even if im not working out

I tweaked my lower back bad squatting and had a limp the next day, I believe it was a slipped disc but I never got it diagnosed. I made a big mistake not letting it heal all the way before doing hinges and stuff like that again so I made it worse in the following month. I just ran basically only stable machines for like 4 months and ran bpc only for the first month and glow for the rest. I only get minor pain and am very careful when squatting now. I can now go heavier than before but I definitely can tell that the injury is there lingering, but no real issues now. I ran cjc ipa as well just to try out the healing/recovery benefits from slightly raised levels but admittedly I think it only helped fractionally

I didnt have an injury, it just came out of no where so my case might be different but im still going to give it a try

Also ssa is legit and their products are real

if you have the money it can’t hurt to run it for a while, also I noticed like a very anti inflammatory effect when I was on glow, like the pain was very minimized while lifting etc, so at least you will get that if nothing else
