Eye critique

My main concerns are:
  • Asymmetry between eyes, especially in canthal tilt
  • Neutral to negative canthal tilt, more/less noticeable in certain angles
  • Outer lower eyelids not hugging the eyes—they feel droopy or unsupported
  • Droopiness, particularly on one side (thanks to congenital ptosis!)
Do note the asymmetry isn’t as visible in real life, and I can usually mask it in photos by opening my eyes more or raising my brows; but this is how they look totally relaxed and shot head-on.

I do think my eye area is stymying my aesthetic quite a bit, would appreciate feedback. Mainly looking for non-surgical advice for now, but I'm open to minimally invasive surgery in the future when I can afford it. Thanks.

Loosest lower eyelid skin I've ever seen is that a medical issue? bc it looks extreme

your main focus rn is to get rid of your acne scars your eye area is unfortunately unfixable except for getting a canthoplasty so save up for a canthoplasty and aim to get rid of your scars

Your eye area is deformity tier. Surgery is necessary

Yeah, my acne seems to have just gotten into remission. Cheeks were painted with huge red splotches two months ago

This is me skinmaxxed and eyemaxxed lol, depicted by everyone's favourite robot. And longer hair.

Aren't there ptosis correction procedures?
Diagnosis is ectropion now, but yes. If for cosmetic reasons you will have to have it done privately and pay ofc, but if deemed functional, you can get them fixed through the free healthcare system in the UK.

My eye area was a minor nuisance to me in the past due to air getting into my eye sockets and causing massive irritation, but I could squint.

I have 24/7 migraine now, so any muscle tensing in the neck, face, head, etc is extremely painful, and triggers symptoms instantly. I subconsiously tense my face almost all the time to counteract my eye shenanigans, so it's a pretty big deal now.

I can even frame it as this being the potential cause of my longstanding chronic pain, so NHS would be assholes not to address it.

So things seem relatively optimistic for now. Best case scenario, I manage to fix this in less than a year for £0.
