Are there any websites with good sock lifts that dont hurt like those orthopedic shoe lifts, and discrete, like when i wear regular sock lifts of amazon you can see the heightboosting lifts out of my sock, or it makes my foot look weird.

Im just trying to fraud like 1.5 inches, but I want to be able to wear it inside as well when I have to go to someones house. Got recommondations?

Are the sock lifts actually good? It’s really overpriced so I didn’t even bother trying them, but if it’s worth the price I’ll get them.

And btw, is it one full sock, because it’s advertised as half a sock and you have to wear a sock over it

sock lifts are shit, all of them. Shoe lifts if you wanna fraud, everything else does not work.

I know, but what if i have to go to someones house? Im only trying to fraud like 3 cM so thers a chance they might not notice, but most kids my age are around my height and i feel like they would notice a one inch difference

it‘ll look weird asf if you’re barefoot. I tried using them and it was a total waste of money bcs they simply did not work, i couldn’t even walk properly

Because you had to keep adjusting them right? You can add layers of socks to fix that problem, itll tighten up and make it more comfortable for you too walk.

However, theres no orthopedic designed sockifts unlike shoelifts, so my feet hurts alot if i wear then after a while.

3cm is on the borderline where people might notice, they might not.

There’s really only 2 options:

1) If called out, you say you need special insoles for your foot problems. heel lifts are actually used by people with achilles tendinitis to reduce pain, but admittedly these lifts are normally very small, like 0.25 inches or less maybe. The downside of this option is that if you have to say this, those people at least will know the height is “fake”.

2) This is admittedly slightly weird but if you want to hide the height boost, you can bring high top indoor slippers with lifts inside when you go to someone’s house and again use the foot problem excuse and say you need insoles for foot pain.

If you’re gonna use these autistic methods, I feel like you might as well fraud at least 1.5 inches. In my experience, good hard plastic lifts that add 1.5 inches are close to the upper limit where it’s still completely comfortable, causes 0 pain and walking issues.

Half the the time people say “I use 2 inch lifts” or “I use 3 inch lifts” or whatever and this tells you nothing because most lifts are squishy to varying degrees and will often give like half the advertised height.

If you don’t want to do any of this crap, I recommend using maybe 0.75 inch lifts max, placed under the insole of your shoes.
