Basic exercises like walking or light jogging or even lifting weights for health is fine, most gymcels are destroying their bodies 5x a week and their diet consists of protein chips, of course they're aging themselves.
Even then, I still believe constant lifting will make you look older, squeezing your muscles and making that face will also give you wrinkles on your face.

Hunter gatherers were chasing down animals so they can eat it, which was rewarding, lifting metal up and down isn’t rewarding. You’re also staying still while lifting weights for the most part. I don’t believe it’s healthy at all, and I’m certain it does age you. Your stressing out your body In a weird way.

For the avg person with normal T and dht levels lifting weights will likely age them faster as opposed to someone who doesn’t.

Depends what kind of exercise

Weight lifting is probably the one that keeps you young the longest

But long hard cardio often such as running I could see how it ages your clock

It puts a lot of miles on you as well as strains your joints

There's a sweet spot probably

You'll notice that guys who do very intense cardio very often like wrestlers or basketball players actually look older for their age

Ngl in the last 4 days I ate like 3k calories in donuts and averaged 4-5 hours of incline treadmill worst day was like 7 hours watching ai releases and sumo vids that shit obliterated my physique to the point but I think that’s just an extreme case :feelshah: unrelated

Having muscle is what will keep you young the longest

As well as bone density

High frequency high intensity cardio may age you tho

20-30 mins a week 3 times a week should be good for cardio

this is true for literally anything, there’s no area of the human body that isn’t effects by hundreds of factors

Do you not realize scientists have ways of controlling for those things

Such as using control groups, high sample sizes, see if the results can be independently verified, dropping poor candidates, p values, confidence intervals, sigmas etc

It ages you if you do not have good recovery. Which means diet and sleep which most people do not have covered even without doing sports.

Your body needs nutrients to repair itself and your destroyed muscle tissues leach off of them (and they are limited in the first place due to diet and sleep).
