Where has the rep respect gone

Ever since i started posting again i notice that people rep less often after you've helped them than they did before

This disrespect is mostly done by greys (understandable) and people with shit post-rep

Even when you are nice and rep them, they still dont rep back. I repped a whole convo inside a thread to help a guy out and he did not gaf, so i just went back and removed them all

Kinda lame to complain abt this stuff, but i want my reppsss
