I do EMS 3 times / week and have seen results, but only for the undereye area. I'would say I almost went from negative orbital vector to neutral.

My malaris muscle is either non-existent or very atrophied, like a study found it to be in most europeans, so maybe that's the reason I don't see any cheekbone results.

Where do you apply, how, which product, how long ?
I manage to do malaris muscle activation manually. Im ethnic not european but i guess its close enough

I do it like how @RecessedPrettyboy said i that thread you linked above.
finally got a good look on how the contraction of malaris works

The lateral part is what seems to raise the face. idk where you mean when you say medial part but if i place the electrodes closer to the nose it just doesnt do what we want

contracting it raises soft tissue in the midface like in a face lift. and it raises the lower eyelids to a perfectly straight and natural position, at least for me. I can isolate the malaris muscle with the EMS device.

I am putting the negative electrode eye level and the positive a bit lower:

red is the positive and black negative.
this seems to be the ideal placement

here is a better representation of where the electrodes should be placed

Of course, i'm using all four electrodes to train the muscles on both sides of the face.
I'm doing it for 20 min / session. That's what is generally recommended for EMS.

I have a very cheap EMS device with only 4 modes, but have found that the abs program isn't either too intensive or too weak. But i doubt it will be enough to increase the gains over time. I'm thinking of hanging weights off the orbicularis lol. The only evidence we have of hypertrophied orbicularis oculi muscles resulting from training is of a guy who was hanging 5kg weights off those muscles.
I recommend buying a device with at least 16 programs or even with adjustable milliamperes.

can you explain how did you manage to activate the malaris muscle?

When you refer to lower eyelid did you noticed any change in lower eyelid position? As in a canthoplasty or in shape if it was downturned ? Eventually, does it better and still natural ?
Do you apply as in prettyboy position of the red and black iode ? Or like the guy in the 4 pics ?

Tbh send still the cheap you bought i will compare and try to find a decent one.

I basically managed to do this exercice which is basically impossible for most people due to perseverance i do like 300x times a day. Few reps till legit burning.
Its been like close to a week

I swear I used to have slight scleral show one year ago that is gone now. I think it's been 4 months since I have restarted doing EMS. I always had a neutral canthal tilt. First time I went overboard and used the second level of amperage that was way too high compared to the first. I had a nerve irritation or damage that lasted 2 months and manifested through involuntarily eyelid twitches. That's why I wouldn't really recommend the EMS device I'm using. But here it is anyway. I paid 25 euro on it thinking it's ok quality wise only to find out that it was much cheaper ( 5 euro ) and widely available on aliexpress. BTW while I don't recommend cheaping out on the EMS, you should get EKG electrodes, as those are the same thing but are much cheaper where I'm from at least.

Oh my bad, I wasn't careful when choosing that pic. I'm placing the electrodes like in prettyboy's position.
By placing one of them in line with the lateral canthus I've noticed that only the lateral lower eyelid gets raised, and I get PCT. If I'm adding the second iode bellow, the eyelid raises completely, almost fully closing the eye. I guess different parts of the orbicularis oculi can be isolated. I haven't tried yet but because I have a kinda weak supraorbital ridge, training the upper part of the orbicularis oculi should help too.

I remember I tried this a few months ago and gave up for some reason. Probably because of what you said. 300 times a day lol. I really doubt I have this muscle, due to my weak cheekbones and european ancestry.

I would legit do anything to ascend tbh haha.

So NOT ONLY U GOT PCT BUT YOU EVEN HAVE NO MORE SCLERAL SHOW??? Insane
Sadly you havent linked the one you bought i think.

If you can provide before after while hiding your face of course it will be insane. Cuz to get pct and no more scleral show its really hard even with surgery and it looks unnatural so if this looks natural its a life changer

open the hyperlinked word in blue. Isn't it showing?

Nah I really wish I had PCT now man, I meant that I get PCT while doing the EMS, but after that it returns to normal. Now that I'm thinking at chances are that if I only trained the lateral orbicularis oculi I would have gotten slight PCT, who knows?

Now that you say it you may train it solely to see tbh.
Yes my bad its working now. I will aspie max and report the results anyway tbh
