how do you handle the brain fog though. I legit feel it lowers iq as I remember even if I smoked on the weekend like Saturday, I felt stupid the rest of the week. Learning was hard. After quitting for a while I was able to do good in school again, like few weeks.

I don’t really get it that bad tbh. And since I’m always high cortisol I sometimes even feel more functional after I smoke.

I feel doing more then once a week lowers IQ and general motivation, as you get content with the present. I also feel it makes it much harder to do no fap and thus all that sexual energy gone from jerking off all the time, so not good for that either. Working out also is not the best on it as force exception is limited while high, but it might be good for trying to build that muscle mind connection.
