I will be going to Bulgaria for a surgery, where else should I go?
 
As europecel i will recommend Albania, Macedonia (Ohrid). Prague, Krakow. Berlin, Instanbul (This city is crazy)

If you are moneymaxxed u should go to the Greek islands. Just dont go to north europe and western because its nothing special and the weather will be less nice.
