Calorie deficit and Sticking with this diet maybe divide the meals don't just eat 1200cal in one sit, and there will be no way u don't lose wait if u trust the process it's basic thermodynamics

nah bro I'm getting DNP. I'm not horribly fat like some niggas here but I'm chubby and I don't want to look like this anymore

every user on here that took DNP has been completely fine. I lowkey wish DNP was the extreme deadly weight loss drug you guys have made it out to be, but it's not. it was really weak for me, I didn't even get warm
