according to a study I read carbamide peroxide gel is legit for teeth whitening compared to peroxide solution/rinse (which I already have and apparently sucks because it doesn't stay in contact with teeth for long enough compared to gel).

but because of cuck EU laws they only sell bullshit scam products that don't contain peroxide because everything that actually works is banned for home use. even the crest strips I can only find on US amazon.

I pour the peroxide (mine’s 5%) onto the toothbrush, then wash my teeth with it for 2 mins, then 2 mins with the carbon powder, 2 mins with regular toothpaste then I use mouthwash

I use the peroxide 2-3 times a week, on other days I do my routine without it
