You produce like 3iu's naturally. Running over 6iu's will make you taller in the end. Also im not trying to source HGH only, I would want to run PTH analogs and AI later too...

Take 4 and go up by 2 every week until you reach 8-14 (depending on how much you want) run that for 20-40 weeks then go back down 2 by 2 until you reach 4 run that for 8 weeks and repeat
