Where to buy safe test?

I’m considering going on a cycle but I don’t know where to buy good test safely and it not getting seized. I’m turning 17 in October is this a good idea or no. Anything will help, thanks. Any places where I can buy testosterone enanthate I live in Sweden if where I live makes a difference.
