Where to get a blood test for testosterone and igf1?

I would like to get a blood test for testosterone, igf1, hgh, estrogen
Is this enough or should I add something different too? I dont need thyroid as my doctors already test my.


And I can’t go to my family doctor for blood tests, one time I asked him if he could test my testosterone as I was feeling tired all the time and he said no 5 times and that I need to search myself another doctor if I want that.

I would pay out of my pocket, but I don’t know where to do it.

Im in germany. I think I could go to an urologist, but this would cost me around 200-300€ (only speaking to him costs 120€), it’s too much for me.

blood sugars are always high (hba1c is 7,5).
But high blood sugar doesn't correlate to tiredness. My d3 is in the lower range of normal at 30µg/L. I think my tiredness comes due to low t4 levels, celiac and low vit d levels.
I can build muscles very fast, I assume (I hope) my testosteron is in the good range. My igf1 levels are probably a bit below average due to high blood sugar.
