for example go on reddit and find subreddits where drug use is openly discussed.
Particulary r/TransDIY is interesting since sourcing is openly discussed there as well since reddit is too scared to ban anything that has to do with trans lol. So you will seach there for sources for HRT and other hormonal stuff for your country/region, usually they link a few online pharmacies which sell everthing prescribtion free. Now you look up these online pharmacies and search for your desired drugs.
