which one do I start out with? as there are lots on their shop
weakest concentration of tretinoin you can find on their site, which is 0.025%
choose the drop down options, (attached a picture below) make sure you choose the 0.025% to start with

One Year Timeline for your Retinoid usage (Safely)

WeekProduct UsageNotes
1-4Tretinoin 0.025% – Use 2x per week
Apply a pea-sized amount over moisturizer ("buffered") to reduce irritation. Focus on hydration and SPF in the morning.

Source of product: https://skinorac.org/product/a-ret-gel/
5-8Tretinoin 0.025% – Increase to 3–4x per week
Skin should start adjusting; mild dryness is normal. Continue moisturizing daily.

Product:
https://skinorac.org/product/a-ret-gel/
9-12Tretinoin 0.05% – Start 2–3x per week
Only step up if 0.025% is well tolerated. Watch for signs of over-dryness or peeling

Product:
https://skinorac.org/product/a-ret-gel/
13-20Tretinoin 0.05% – Increase to daily use
Skin texture and acne should noticeably improve by now.

Product:
https://skinorac.org/product/a-ret-gel/
21-28Tretinoin 0.1% – Start with 3–4x per week
This is a strong concentration, so go slow

Product:
https://skinorac.org/product/a-ret-gel/
29-36Tretinoin 0.1% – Move to daily use (only if well tolerated)
Maintain consistent hydration and barrier repair.

Product:
https://skinorac.org/product/a-ret-gel/
37-44Tazarotene 0.05% – Start with 2–3x per week
This is stronger than tretinoin, so expect a small adjustment period. Support skin with gentle cleanser and thick moisturizer.

New product:
Week 45+Tazarotene 0.1% – Use every other day or daily depending on tolerance
Continue sun protection and hydration without fail.

Also new product:

Please note: It can make your skin red, cause dry skin, and flake the skin. It will take time for your skin to adapt. You mentioned having mild acne, so it will become worse before becoming better, just be patient, it is very beneficial in long term. Make sure you apply sunscreen, this is important, since these product will make your skin more susceptible to the sun's rays. The benefits of doing this protocol is the time of adjustment (sensitivity) so it's less harsh on skin, building collagen, substantially reduces acne, reduces pigmentation, and smooths the texture of your skin.

I have also attached a graph as the second image attachment, showing the effectiveness of the products, form 1-10 scale. I hope you find this helpful, feel free to ask the community questions. ;)

Do you have a source that ships to eu (Germany)
Germany shipping is challenging
You have a few options, but they are slightly risky
Ordered in list of most reliable, to least

- Dermanostic (telemedicine app) If you look at the screenshot, I provided, you can see the comment is from 2 years ago, so don't know if it works currenty, I suspect it does, since their website is still up and running (you have to pay for a consultation, and show you have acne, only downside)

- https://www.instagram.com/skinsolutions.ua/ (pricing chart) seems to a third world country operating a pharmacy on instagram, don't know if it will ship, kinda risky

As I pointed out prior, I have no experience with their tazarotene, I am not willing to change my sourcing, unless it's much cheaper, or ships really fast :Comfy:

What's your experience with Alldaychemist, I am curious to know, since I like to broaden my view on this matter, much appreciated :feelshmm:

I’ve used them for tret, some pills, and hydroquinone before, took about 18 days to get my shit. Charged like $25 for shipping as well.
