I have a mini fridge could i put the insulin mini fridge in there with the hgh just in case the temp in the insulin mini fridge changes also if i were to do that would the hgh stay at 3 C inside the insulin mini fridge or would it switch because the insulin mini fridge would be in my big mini fridge

No, don't do that, the insulin mini fridge needs to dump heat out and it will just be a mess. Just store in the insulin mini fridge.

For people that don’t have the capacity to get a mini fridge you could try to get a very small container that keeps cold for a while and switch the ice packs everyday.
