Where would you go for face x ray?

Are there places that exist where you can go and simply pay and just get an x ray done? One that shows the whole face in side profile. I have only done the dentist ones that show teeth and nothing else. I would like to get a regular x ray so I can send it to some surgeons and ask them what I should get done.

OP just ask for a face scan and say it's for general health concerns or a check-up
also tbh you don't need an x-ray scan i think, if you just send pics of your sideprofile to surgeons + 3/4 + frontal they usually can tell without an x-ray
