Where's the indian user with the longest skull ever?

Last year there was an user with the longest skull ever. He had a big forehead, long chin and long face. Despite that brutal face shape his facial features looked fine, probably the king of dolichos he looked kinda like this:

The reason he probably was here was his head shape because he didn't look bad in terms of appeal.
