Both are trash products. Stick to whole homemade meals made with quality ingredients.

Whey protein is dairy waste product some business guys thought they could market to people as some breakthrough. It causes a huge amount of gastro-intestanal problems as well spiking your glucose/insulin levels as its so quickly aborbed. I can tell no athletes use that garbage but will happily sell it to you.

Pea protein, is a better alternative, but tastes horrible and carries the same issues of spiking your glucose/insulin levels. This is a MAJOR issue as you get older.

Its honestly better, cheaper and much more satiating to just cook a good meal.

Whey protein has a more complete amino acid profile, so it's better probably.
