Statistically it's the body above. When women choose, their preferred ideal man is one with BMI of 24.5, low fat, and a waist to shoulder ratio of 0.6 It's achievable natty.

Sure women differ, some prefer twinks, some prefer bulls, but if you want to cater to the masses it's the body above you should workout for. Get a lean body fat percentage where your face looks good. Face is more important than six pack, so if you gotta choose, choose a non-gaunt face instead of stripping the fat over the muscles.
