Which bones recession causes chubbiness on this part of the face?

got the pic from google but i have the same problem. I don’t have excessive bodyfat or bloating i am just boneless. I want to know which bones recession causes this. Maybe a narrow lower palate? Any hardmaxx advice would be appreciated

Yeah low t causes less dimorphism which leads to bone recession but i need the name of the bone which causes this so i can hardmaxx properly
