The same as always:

  • Computer Science/Engineering
  • Engineering (especially Electrical)
  • Medicine
  • Economics
And always at the top 5 universities of one's country.

Also, AI isn't going to replace GOOD programmers anytime soon, it's a meme. It will only replace bad/unproductive code monkeys, which, in the overwhelming majority, never had a degree in CS or CE.

Fundamentally intelligence matters than what degree you do. Since regardlessly of what degree an intelligent person does they will know how to market themselves to a recruiter.

Every other answer is bullshit

The only real value of University is the reputation of the University anything taught in class can be self learnt due to the internet.

Go to a top University and study something easy like politics if you really want to become a programmer self teach build some projects and my left nut sack you would have a higher chance of getting into a startup than some guy who did Computer Science as a degree at a bottom University.

Well, looks like it's time to dust off those ancient textbooks and brush up on our medieval battle tactics, because it seems like a degree in medieval jousting is finally paying off! Who needs a boring old computer science degree when you can be a knight in shining armor?

It's actually in the top 1% of the world's universities shut up reee
I wasn't making fun of it. In contrast it would probably be very nice to study there because people would still be mostly sane there compared to the US.

How do Georgian women treat foreigners? Are they loyal to their men or traitorous whores like in Europe?

Sounds very limited and boring

What if i live in a very small country? I doubt University of Lisbon will impress anyone

What carreer do you wish to follow then? What are your aptitudes and tastes? How much money do you want?

There are some other degrees which might also have a lot of money making potential when compared to the majority, but the ones i mentioned have more potential to make a lot of money in a much shorter time.

Then try finding universities in your country that have ties with big companies, then you can start climbing up even further. Search on google and reddit for each degree you consider.

if youre in europe go to the top universities in the UK and literally study anything or go to switzerland there are some other notable schools but fuck em switzerland and UK mog globally. If you wanna go for the US forget everything that isnt top 20 in whatever you wanna do. Be a prestige whore thats the most important thing.

What about a top 20 state school

Computer science
Engineering (best are electrical, computer, mechanical)
Math/Physics

Econ/Finance is an option but you need to go to a top school (ivy league, Stanford) to actually do anything decent with it

basically anything that can show you are competent, unis are degree mills nowadays
if u want to be a doctor/lawyer or something that needs extra schooling do an actually worthwhile major in undergrad

- Engineering:
  • Computer Science
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • Chemical
- Mathematics/Statistics
- Medicine
- Econ if TOP tier school
- PolSci if TOP tier school if u wanna work in government

University of Samoa law school or rope (correspondence course)

studying economics in college isnt literally for studying economics

its for the alumni network.
if u r in some shit school studying econ that means u have 0 growth opportunities
if u want to study econ, u can do so from wikipedia or youtube

Depends where you go in Georgia, its not as normalised to be a whore in Georgia as it is in the west but as the years go by I can see it changing

None. But only medicine and maybe law (not sure about law) are somewhat worth it.

CS and Engineering, maybe Finance.
Medicine will ruin your sleep and will make you study 7+ years for a good pay but a SWE will make as much in less time.
Law, same as Medicine, only worth it if you're in the US and can network really good.
CS is good but prepare to spend 4 years of your life with subhumans who can't shower and learning about highly theoretical concepts that you will never use in your professional life.
Engineering is the same as CS just a bit more hygienic depending on your major.
Finance is cool, you'll just need very good social skills and be prepared to fight people in order to get a good paying job.
