I somehow coped myself into believing the same thing despite my real life experiences. It wasn't until I ran dozen of experiments myself and saw how the ethnics consistently outmatched the white chads in quality and quantity and had more girls message first and down to fuck within a few comments. I mean similar phenotypes to the guys in OP, mainly Nord Indid and Indo Nordic. I tried my best to pick similar white chads, but honestly the white chads were usually better looking. A stylemaxxed 5.5 P/S/L Punjabi got 180 matches in a single day this week in one of my experiments. Granted there are tons of girls on Tinder at the moment due to quarantine, so matches are probably inflated. Tinder is all about standing out from all the other profiles, white chads are rare, but still present on Tinder, Ethnic chads are rare and rarely ever on Tinder. The same applies to gymcels, etc.

Chads are rare for every race, obviously. He's coping, but he is right to an extent, how many Indians/Bangladeshi (excluding Punjabi/Kashmiri) can look remotely exotic. Outside of incel forums none of the above guys would be called Indian. Neither would many pakistani's born in the west.

many paks are dark and have similar pigmentation to indians so to casual observer , they can appear similar to indians , but aesthetics is different , look at this pak cricketer shoaib akhtar , an indian of same pigmentation cant produce this aura,this is because aesthetic and body type is different.

what is your definition of "exotic" here , exotic to me is someone non euro , who despite looking good also maintains its niche in comparison to whites. I have seen a trend with lots of lighter ethnics from middle east , they look good but become invisible in front of europeans because much better pheno is available among europeans.
