I will buy one soon and I am curious which test is the best one.

Idk but not MyHeritage
The categories are too broad

23andme and Ancestry are the best
Keep in mind I am european, I read some tests were more suited for north americans while others were better for europeans.

If u are european is even better and precise i would say.
Many americans are way too mixed(Irish, italian,german,english) and because of that it gets harder to say exactly the background.

Have you done one yourself?

23andMe over Ancestry; 23andme lets you download raw data (Ancestry no) so you can upload it to GEDmatch and run more detailed searches. Ancestry has the largest database, but 23andme has that feature, which I feel is more accurate. Myheritage, not so great due to small database.

to answer OP, if you have the money go for nebula genomics' more expensive test. if not, ancestry tests for the most snps. 23and does test for maternal haplogroup, though

Elab since I don't understand.
myheritage tests for more gna diversity essentially. you will get more genetic info
uneducated people think its bad because the results on their site are weird, but its kinda irrelevant. a dna test is much more than the testing company's single ancestry report, most of your uses for the test would be from 3rd party sites

Ancestry may have changed that after I took my test (I note I see their blurb about it from 2022). My heritage still has a much much smaller database than Ancestry or 23andme.

So myheritage is best for normal price range? Excluding the expensive variants.

ancestry>myheritage>23andme
23andme's sole advantage is that it tests for mtDNA, but most people dont care about that

My main focus is to see ethnicity and geography, don't really care about the rest.

go for ancestry

Unfortunately there aren't any super detailed tests for Asians like there are for people of European ancestry (there are the Chinese ones, but ion wanna have my genetic info stored in some CCP labratory).

dna testing companies' reports are garbage accross the board. you can find a lot about your asian ancestry if you do third party testing with your DNA data

Yellow is yellow so that is not super interesting tbh.

What's more to say? You purchase the DNA test and you find out what you want.
Y-DNA for the haplogroup.
Mitochondrial DNA for the boring stuff.
Get a normal test for the percentages and stuff

23andme, familytreedna, and illustrative dna if you want your ancient dna. 🙂

Why not care about mtdna as well as y dna. My y dna is the only reason why I'm not a complete subhuman, but my mtdna tells me why I do have subhuman blood in me.

Which one do you want?
I think I made it pretty clear that G2a is the one I want, lol.
R1b = Armenian
J2 = Azeri and North Caucasian
R1a = Slavic
G2a = PURE KAVKAZ GENES

Yes, I bought the haplogroup one a few months ago. If I get J2, R1b, or R1a, I will kill myself.
G2a or death.
Cope, your y dna ancestors got cucked hard by all the other y dnas you listed.

R dna is indoeuropean chads 💪💪💪

Yeah, even Ötzi the Ice Man was G2a.
Really makes you think how big the Proto-Kartvelian ethnos was.
