I dont recommend buying anything.

Drugs are kind of ass and not worth it. Most of what is safe and actually good can be gotten with a prescription officially.

MDMA-terrible long term, you can essentially only take this once a month or even longer, and its not all that. Terrible side effects though, far worst than almost any illegal drug.

Adderall- Will destroy your serotonin system. Do not take this at all. You can quite literally go clinic. Also pressed pills may contain different compounds. This is one of those drugs best seen after clinical evaluation. You dont want a bad reaction on these trust me.

Opiods- Not effective enough, and just ass. Mostly a scam. see above.

Shrooms/ACID- Not a drug, just a quick way to grant yourself psychosis and open the door for mental illness. I do not understand people who take this, experience it, and then recommend others to do the same. It simply is not enjoyable, but can be quite shocking. Its very fringe if you ask me. It can be useful in super micro doses. But the effectiveness drops so sharply after first use your playing a roulette.

Im telling you, most good drugs are probably legal and or easy to get. Pharmaceuticals is one of those time and tested things.

Darkweb is played and like a scam. Dont do drugs. And if u really need them just go to the hospital and start local with whats legal.

I have adhd

With those meds you need to be very careful. Because ultimately adhd is (in short) a brain chemical issue. The functions of them can be very different. And for example, adderall is similar to meth (amphetamine). While vyvanse is a completely different compound altogether. Which is why one is reported to be safer and why vyv is more expensive both retail and DW. And because of the similarities of adderall and amphetamine/methylphenidate you have a higher chance of getting a weird pill or a bad formuation dark web

But look, for example, adderall increases the release of neurotransmitters, including dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin but the increase of serotonin can cause SS, which can quite literally kill you or make your issues far, far worst for a very long time. And this is with the real stuff. Clinically, your really supposed to treat those drugs as a temporary measure, and kind of go back and forth with your GP to discuss sides and get more appropriate drugs, better formulas. And have them moreso as a backup round defense if things get too bad.

Its not a take one drug for weeks or month situation. But on and off, monitoring sides-monitoring effects and health. If it feels like a ever going cycle, thats because it is. We will ultimately always be sick.

Also remember, we are not even advanced when it comes to pharma 2025. With agi and ai just on the horizon we have just kind of brushed the surface. So its best to treat everything as a temporary measure. Especially since these drugs are likely legacy to what can be introduced near future. You never know what can end up on the recall list and settlement commercial.

Personally i will not recommend Adderall at all. Very unclean and just dangerous.

For your other question. I cant say for sure but as far as sustainability you have pregab(prescribed), kratom (leaves), (on occasion) weed etc. hydrocort and some newer formulation duel anti anxiety meds i cant remember on top of the head are pretty safe longterm like But ultimately you want to make sure your getting clean shit so honestly before spending 100$+ on pressed pills that are illegal and will likely contain something dangerous its best to invest that money in proper medical visits so you can get prescribed some real shit. Keep track of your medical records and travel/explore research your health from there. You want proper medical attention. This is endgame.

I rather go back and forth with my insurance and doctor and go through 30 different types of drugs long term than get addicted to some unclean shit on the DW. At least then i have paper trail and insurance setup to get better official formulations in the future.

Or just go to a country where medical stuff is prescribed easily and do medical tourism there to get you an idea on what you should get perscribed for long term-short long term. Create a healthy stack alternating drugs and health. But you want to get diagosed with something first. Thats where your search should start from.

I wrote this out of safety. I know, i cannot control a person and ultimately you will do you, but to recommend the healthiest options. Hope this helps
