Which fat dissolver causes the least/no swelling

lemon bottle, lipolab or aqualyx? Imma do it in a clinic and it’s cheap in my country so Idc much if aqualyx is more effective than lemon bottle if it’s gna make me look I got stung by bees for a week.

Does lemon bottle cause swelling? How long does it last? And yea if it doesn’t work then I wouldn’t have lost much but if it even works by 10% that would be a big plus
