Pencil neck








The rest of your physique looks great but if people look at you with a shirt on you look tiny. I'd say also training traps and upper back, traps and lats would benefit you greatly, my chest is much smaller than yours but my upper back, traps and lats are so much bigger.

I grew my neck from 14.5 inches to 16 inches flexed and I've only done neck training consistently for like 1-2 months. If you train for 1 year, you can definitely go to 18 inches or above like Joe Fazer

They are getting longer, I will cut them soon I will bulk this winter. When I weigh 85 kilos, I will start cutting and fix my bloat.

i will fix my neck soon and you right about lips but not just upper lip There is also asymmetry in the lower lip of the side with asymmetry. And what is nct means and i will I will fix my eyebrows
