Which fictional character scares you the most and why?

For me it was the monster from 2014’s ‘It Follows’

In the movie, this creature can take the form of any person and you’re the only one who can see it. It could literally be one of your friends, one of your parents, classmates, or coworkers. Someone you would tend to walk towards to hug, shake hands, or simply talk to.

If that wasn’t scary enough, it never stops following you. Only if you pass on the curse. That was one of the most fascinating things about the film. Your eyes would be glued to the background as you wouldn’t know where it would be and anyone walking in the background was suspicious. I'm a lone wolf kind of guy and hate being around people. Being followed like this would be the stuff of nightmares for me

Well, no fictional character scares me, but Darkseid, Morgoth, Griffith, Harry Powell from 'The Night Of The Hunter', AM from 'I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream' are scary in the sense they are evil incarnate.
