which genetic composition causes the fat nose ?

im really curious becuase both indians and slavs have fat noses, however the only thing simmilar in them is the steppe composition, and the steppe had slimer noses, now when we look at india i guessed the AASI caused it, however the pure aasi pheno had a slim nose
