I wasn't talking about the cut, i'm talking about positioning. occlusal plane is not ideal and lower jaw is not forward. so genio is not a good choice for me.

Each cut will accomplish different things. Depends on your mentolabial fold and weather it needs to be advanced

Though Alfaro probably puts some bone graft in the space between the bone and the B point in his gênio, so the results are similar
