You see in the old days, when the Indian tribes would capture people, they would bring them to their camp for torture. All the tribe participated in this, including women and children, it was like a ritual for them, they gained power through the suffering of others. Indian women were pretty much treated like slaves by their men, they didn't have much freedom and couldn't do a lot of things, but they were left to do whatever they wanted with the captives, so this was their chance to compensate for their restrictive life and most of the time they were much crueler than men in inflicting torture.
They focused a lot of their attention to the victims genitals, skinning them slowly, slicing, burning, chewing them with their teeth, they did the same thing with the fingers, the face, and other sensitive body parts.
