Which gym should I choose? Need help

1. One of the best and largest gyms in my country. Needs a 15-20min car ride and costs 1100 Euros a year (very expensive). A lot of bodybuilders and hot girls are training there. Every machine possible is available, top tier quality.
2. Gym costs 500 Euros (half of the other gym). All of the regular dumbbells and basic machines. Small gym. Takes 10min by car.

Should i really spend over 1k for a gym?
