Which habits should I implement in my life?

Like 2 months ago I started filling up a chart to track my sleep, habits and diet


Few examples of the habits I added to it at the time:
Skincare,
Exercise,
Going out,
Nofap,
No Refined sugar,
Clean diet,
Work,
Study,
Learn to code,


I've aced nofap, nosugar and a clean diet and they're a part of my life now.

I'm in a search for new habits that I should write down on my spreadsheet, would appreciate serious recommendations.

I'm not sure but I might add praying daily tbh

no social media, and replace it with reading a book before sleep or whenever you feel like

A lot of those on the list should be part of your lifestyle if you've been able to stay on track with them. For instance, eating clean should be your default, and slight deviations from that default would be fine if they don't break the habit itself. I'd definitely say add meditation.

Maybe no doomscrolling etc but social media is essential if you want to stay NT especially in hs

Prioritize mastering all of these habits first before adding new ones to the list

Make it a rule that you don't get to add another habit unless you've consistently mastered the already existing ones for 2 weeks in a row.

I do, also sugar as in refined
Alright good, because majority of foods have sugar in them, and some people obsess over it for no reason

the list has like 12 spaces I'm just trying to fill them tbh, as I've removed some of the previous ones as I don't even need to track them now

Are you using some paper chart / calender type of thing or? am confused

Why not just use Google spreadsheets?

most high school relationships are superficial asf, have an account but only access it via your pc so you don't end up doomscrolling. in-person interactions are much more important for "NT"

No cause my friends usually invite me over insta, I wish I could remove reels on my phone aswell extensions for shit like that are really good in pc

Get started on an expenses list asap and if you don't have one, are you even looksmaxing bro?
