Like 2 months ago I started filling up a chart to track my sleep, habits and diet
Few examples of the habits I added to it at the time:
Skincare,
Exercise,
Going out,
Nofap,
No Refined sugar,
Clean diet,
Work,
Study,
Learn to code,
I've aced nofap, nosugar and a clean diet and they're a part of my life now.
I'm in a search for new habits that I should write down on my spreadsheet, would appreciate serious recommendations.
I'm not sure but I might add praying daily tbh
