Which haircut is the best for my face?

I'm trying to figure out which haircut suits me best. I've attached a picture from a few months ago when I had a buzzcut, but my hair is longer now.

Based on my face shape, what hairstyle do you think fits me the most? Should I stick to something shorter like a buzzcut, or go for a longer style?
Also, would it be a good idea for me to try growing a beard, or would it not suit my facial structure/age?
I'm mainly looking for honest opinions on what would improve my overall appearance the most.

I had long hair bevore and I looked homeless but I think it looks better than now

You're right, I've been looking at your face shape for 5 minutes now and you can wear, as I said, long hair BUT styled, it would be a shag or soft layers, or you could also get a medium-short cut, it would be a classic cut but not AS short as the one you have now, but a little longer so you can style it well on the sides and on top (btw if you let your beard grow a bit like this and style ur long hair ur will kind of look like this)
