If you are under 17, fluffy hair is usually better

Both are fairly similar in how good they are except with slight change with which one is better with age, just get what looks better on you

fluffy moggs if you are under 20, middle part is more "formal" but of course both are good female gaze styles.

Also, offtopic but did your acne get worse after starting HGH? It probably should because HGH increases sebum production and igf-1 which is correlated with acne, but some say that peptides like CJC DAC improve the skin. And fluffy would probably be better if you have acne just so you can cover more area
