Which height do you say?

Do you go by your morning height, evening height or night height? When you give out your height, then you are supposed to go by the evening height, right?

I usually subtract 2 inches of my height when asked in order to prevent manlets from lying about their heights. I’m 6’1 but I tell people I’m 5’11
