Which implant can lenghten the ramus without looking bad from the front?

I was thinking about this shit earlier. I’m going to just augment my gonion shape and lower my ramus with small conservative implants.

Also I’m pretty sure she got a disgusting wraparound implant which are known for that horrible implant look.

You want jaw angle implant with an angular design

Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing.

I'll need to ask for a conservative augmentation. The angle won't be ideal from side but I can't risk messing up the front.

I don't know how many millimeters is considered "conservative", though.

I’m just going to make sure my bigonial is lower then my bizygo since the ideal is a 0.9 ratio of zygo to gonial.

You want your cheekbones a little wider, and my zygos have good width they just lack anterior projection, so my focus is just getting a longer ramus and improving the actual gonion shape for more angularity. Focusing on adding lots of jaw mass is just asking to get botched
