Which is a bigger PSL ascension? Going from 18 to 15 or 15 to 12 (In terms of body fat)

I went from 21 to 18 and I look better but in terms of PSL increase, 18 to 15 highest differential or 15 to 12? We all know 12 is ideal but which is the bigger stepup in terms of face

It's different for everybody- some people really don't look lean until they're 12-14% and sometimes they have to get all the way down to 10% if they want to have a lean face. Meanwhile, some people have decently lean faces @ 20%, it depends on how decent your forward growth is and your fat storage genes.

18 - 15 for most people. If bones are decent at least there isn't much improvement sub 15 usually.

bodywise its better TBH, but bloat ruins face. Only if one has great bloat and body fat distribution genetics or has done face liposuction, they can afford staying at this body fat range

yeah that makes sense. if you have strong lower third it shows through fat a lot better so you can get away with more
