I am asking this because both have risks - for fat grafting it is unevenness, absorption and for infra implants its infection, bad design, expensive asf

Looking for answers from people who are knowledgeable in cosmetic surgeries, because I am still relatively new to the sphere.

i say grafting is better, because infra implants tend to be a lot easier to notice and can even push infras out too much. its usually just a fat distribution problem too, but in severe cases infraorbital implants can be better. oh and infras are more of a permanent long term solution

infra rim implants are a joke, fat grafting would be enough for 99% of people

Fat grafting seems 10x better imo

way cheaper and easier and the results look better

I guess unless u have major recession implants are probably better

If he dont have scleral show, 100% fat grafts and it mostly fix tear through what is supposed to do

we dont have enough information on how the implants age over the years, ive read about cases where they start looking obvious and less blended with the surrounding tissue
fat transfer asymmetry can be improved with a second session

implants dont fully correct it either? most before and afters you see are combined with canthopexy which is what actually tightens the lower eyelid

they might help depends on the issue, canthopexy just lifts the eyelids so u prob need canthoplasty anyway infra implants result are mostly uncanny

@lurking truecel would like to know your opinion on this

Orbital decompression is the best solution for a bad eye area.
