Which is more important, how low set your eyebrows are or how positively tilted they are?

I can either move my eyebrow hairs downwards to make them look lower set but that also makes them less positively tilted and more neutral tilted or I can move them upwards to make them look more positively tilted but that also makes them look higher set. Which one should I do?

neither, eyebrow shape is complex, you can't reduce it to just position and tilt

Shape and tilt can be easily frauded by derma stamp/roller,minoxdil and a very complex tool called .... Razor blade
