He does have really good colouring, but I think he looks just as good as other users here that get rated chadlite imo (if we're going by a good haircut that shows his face off more, not the weird bowl cuts that hide half of it).

Idk, personally I'd put them on the same level, the guy you showed has better bone mass / size, but the guy in the video also has good bone shape, but much better soft features. So he's less dimorphic, but more aesthetic / pretty boy in my opinion.
